What is PowerPoint?

PowerPoint is a presentation software and comes with the Microsoft Office suite. Microsoft company develops this software and it is also known as Microsoft PowerPoint, MS PowerPoint.

PowerPoint is mostly used to create business presentations and training course materials. Presentation created on PowerPoint is called PowerPoint Presentation or PPT.

For smartphones, PowerPoint is available in free and paid versions. In the freeware version, you have limited features. To access the premium version with all the features, you can purchase a subscription to Office 365 which is available for Windows, Android, Mac and iOS operating systems.
